Demarcus has served as a family therapist for over 25 years, helping families and couples resolve conflicts at the crossroads. Additionally, Demarcus completed the Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Memphis including training in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Divorce Practicum. 

My approach to mediation starts with identifying the issues are each participants sees the issues and creating ways that each person can get more of what they want in the final resolution. I combine the listening skills of a therapist with the problem solving of mediation under the law.
